Hyderabad House, set up by Late Mr. Baber Ali, the scion of the famous kitchen dynasty, managed to bring the memories, sights and smells of the Nizamate right onto the plate. Hyderabad House needed no help in capturing the fascination of foodies who have been relishing the succulent pieces of mutton or chicken cradled in the long and scented basmati of perfect biryanis since decades.

A city ruled by the Nizams, Hyderabad was historically known as the pearl and diamond trading centre of India.  The city's cuisine is highly influenced by Mughlai and to some extent by French, Arabic, Turkish, Iranian and native Telugu and Marathwada cuisines. The city is also known for its Biryani and Haleem, which have taken over as the iconic dishes of India.
